Shipping & Refund/Returns Information

Frost & Co uses PayPal for processing all orders, and full payment is taken at the time the order is placed. Once an order is dispatched from the warehouse, Frost & Co are not responsible for any loss of or damage to goods, mis-delivery, failure to deliver or delay in delivery of goods. For delivery tracking and support, contact our courier company, TOLL, directly.

Delivery within Australia:

All our orders are custom made to your specific requirements. You will receive your film within 7-14 days of your order being received.

All orders are sent via TOLL in a postal tube. Your film will be dispatched within 7 working days of your order being received.

Delivery outside of Australia:

Returns and Refunds Policy:

All films sold by Frost & Co Window Film are custom cut to your exact size and specification.  As such we cannot accept returns as the product cannot be re-sold by us.

Throughout the ordering process, we’ll do our best to assist you with any queries you have and we do work with you to confirm and approve the artwork before it goes to production. Please note however that once artwork is approved, the order is final and cannot be altered, and no claim can be made against Frost & Co for erroneous measurements or graphics.

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at info@frostandco.com.au to discuss any options available at the time.

If your film is defective on delivery, please contact us at info@frostandco.com.au with accompanying photos of the area/s of concern.
